“Vault”

Vault is a musical performance that investigates the concert hall as site and symbol. Drawing on themes of cultural dissonance and fractured musical identity, the piece enacts a physical and sonic deconstruction: a fragment of the Walt Disney Concert Hall is metaphorically “peeled” from the architecture, then shaken, struck, scraped. What emerges is a collision of noise and beauty: a raw, embodied composition that questions what it means to belong, perform within institutional space.
